rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">increased potential for addiction as youth begin using at younger ages<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0SCCP\u2019s Medical Marijuana Committee is working to address youth usage rates in prescription opiates and\/or heroin in 2015.
